Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Pro Mechanic Kashi strives to provide quality service. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis as per the conditions outlined below.

2. Service Not Completed

If service is not completed due to our fault:

• Full refund of service charges will be provided
• Parts charges (if any) will be refunded if parts are unused and returnable
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

3. Cancellation by Customer

• Before 2 hours: Full refund (if advance paid)
• Less than 2 hours: 50% refund or reschedule option
• After mechanic arrival: No refund, but service can be rescheduled

4. Service Quality Issues

If service quality is unsatisfactory:

• Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
• We will inspect and fix the issue free of charge
• If issue cannot be resolved, partial or full refund will be considered

5. Parts Refund

• Unused, unopened parts can be returned within 7 days
• Parts must be in original packaging
• Refund subject to supplier return policy
• Used or installed parts are non-refundable

6. Refund Process

1. Contact us via phone or email with booking details
2. Provide reason for refund request
3. We will review and respond within 24-48 hours
4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
5. Refund processing time: 5-7 business days

7. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed services (unless quality issue)
• Emergency service charges (if service was provided)
• Used consumables (oil, filters, etc.)
• Services cancelled after mechanic arrival

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding refund, please contact us first. We will work with you to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, you may contact consumer protection authorities.
